" Happy Memorial Day Terry!!
I would like to thank you for coordinating this trip for us. We had a blast and the resort was BEAUTIFUL, but you were absolutely correct about being prepared to walk (many many stairs). The grounds were great but it took us 3 days to figure it out, lol. The food was delicious and customer service was superb. I was extremely impressed with how organized they were from the pick up/drop off at the airport, check in/check out, and cleanliness.
I will definitely contact you with any future family vacations we have."

"Hi Terry, we had a fantastic trip, the weather was perfect and the resort was fabulous. The Sandals staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We did do a few excursions and activities and all was well arranged and coordinated via the club concierge team.

" I had never used a travel agent before, but me and my fiance (now husband) were clueless on where to even start researching to go for our honeymoon...so we thought we'd give it a shot, and we were pleasantly surprised. Terry had great reviews on the Knot, so I reached out to her to help us find the perfect honeymoon destination, and she did an AMAZING job! She was always super quick to respond to me and my husband's emails, and she gave us several different options within our budget based on what we wanted to do on our honeymoon. We ended up going to a Sandal's resort at St. Lucia based off her recommendation, and it was so incredibly beautiful. We wanted to go somewhere where we could lounge on the beach AND hike a mountain. Now...I don't suggest hiking the Pitons on your honeymoon because that was the MOST intense hike we've done and we were not prepared (physically and mentally) hahaha, but the views were amazing and the entire honeymoon was a dream come true. "Hey Terry, I've been meaning to email you since we got back from vacation, but have been going non-stop lol. Thanks for reaching out. We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay! It was absolutely beautiful, & their cleaning process was impeccable!
The butler service was good, but there was room for improvement. One of our butlers were flawless, where the other hardly answered the phone and gave little effort.
We were soooo glad you recommended the VIP option for the airport because it was a nightmare when we landed in Jamaica. It took is an hour to get through versus 3 hours for those without the VIP. It was a great touch being able to relax in the lounge while we waited on our departure flight. They gave us champagne & shots since we were celebrating our honeymoon 😁. We absolutely loved it!

"Hey Terry!!! OMG Sandals Royal Caribbean was ridiculous!! I tried texting you while in club mobay but it wasn't going through. Words can not even describe the great time Brooks and I had last week. You and I both know how hesitant we were but in the end we totally didn't want to come home at all. Our room was way more than we expected, the food was fabulous, and our butlers...man! We had 2 who switched out and one was named Kenisha. When we left Saturday her and I both were crying because we were sad to be parting ways lol!! Our butlers went above and beyond and we're so incredibly sweet, nothing but love for both. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back to this resort. We honestly were thinking Christmas but might need more time to pay off our honeymoon. We certainly do want to go back soon though, like tomorrow lol!!
